These booking conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional information provided (including but not limited to details in our brochure or website), form a contractual agreement governing your participation in our excursions and trips.

By booking a trip with us, you enter into a legal agreement with The Ladies Travel powered by ElevateHer Ventures Private Limited, registered at Building No. 71-B13, Brindavan Complex, Thane West, Thane 400601. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website [https://www.theladiestravel.com], services, and related interactions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1.1. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking, the primary individual on the reservation:

• Confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these booking conditions and any additional information provided via our website or promotional materials.
• Acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with adventure travel.
• Consents to the processing of personal data as per our Privacy Policy, including disclosing sensitive information such as health conditions and dietary needs.
• Declares that no participant has a pre-existing medical condition or disability that would affect their participation in the trip. If such a condition exists, they agree to consult with us before booking.
• Accepts financial responsibility for all payments related to the booking.
• Acknowledges that if a visa is refused, the cancellation and refund policy will apply.

2. Services

We curate unique group travel experiences for an invite-only community of individuals from various backgrounds and professions. Our trips are designed to foster friendships and provide unparalleled travel experiences.

3. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

4.1. Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment is due if the booking is made within 90 days of departure.
• Flights should only be booked after receiving our confirmation email from reservations@theladiestravel.com.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of our confirmation email from reservations@theladiestravel.com.
• Once a booking is confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

4.2. Payments

• We accept payments via credit/debit cards and online payment gateways.
• In addition to the trip cost, a 5% GST per person and a refundable 5% TCS up to INR 7 Lakh (20% TCS thereafter) is applicable as per LRS regulations.

4.3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Failure to pay the balance in full on time will result in automatic cancellation, subject to our cancellation policy.
• Refunds will follow the terms outlined in our Cancellation and Refund Policy, available on our website.
• As part of our services, The Ladies Travel (TLT) operates as a women-only travel community under the parent company, ElevateHer Ventures LLP. Any payments made on the The Ladies Travel website are processed and directed towards ElevateHer Ventures LLP, the parent company.
• ElevateHer Ventures LLP may use third-party payment gateways, to process payments for transactions made through the The Ladies Travel website. By submitting your payment information, you agree to comply with all relevant payment processing policies, including any third-party policies set by the respective payment gateway. ElevateHer Ventures LLP assumes no liability for any issues related to payment processing or third-party transactions, and we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the payment gateway’s privacy and terms of service, as they govern all transactions made on our site.

5. Published Rates, Dates, and Itineraries

• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to safety concerns, weather conditions, mechanical failures, unforeseen emergencies, or insufficient group size.
• Prices are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations, tax variations, and fuel costs.
• Once a booking is made, the price is fixed unless the increase exceeds 5% of the total trip cost.
• No price adjustments will be made within 30 days of departure.
• Promotional offers apply only at the time of booking and are non-transferable.

6. Your Obligations

6.1. Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate information during booking, including medical conditions and special requirements. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

6.2. Compliance

• Participants must comply with:
• Applicable laws and local regulations.
• Travel documentation requirements (passport, visa, vaccinations, etc.).
• Flight and visa arrangements as advised by us.

6.3. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, evacuation, trip cancellation, and baggage loss is mandatory. Proof of insurance must be carried during the trip.

6.4. Health and Fitness

Participants must be in good physical condition. Those with health concerns must disclose them before booking. We reserve the right to decline participation based on medical conditions.

6.5. Behavior and Conduct

Participants must adhere to safety guidelines and show respect to fellow travelers, crew, and local guides.

Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the trip without a refund.

6.6. Special Dietary Needs

Participants must inform us of dietary requirements in advance. While we strive to accommodate requests, availability of specific products cannot be guaranteed.

6.7. Prohibited Items

Carrying prohibited items (weapons, explosives, drugs, etc.) is strictly forbidden. Violators will be removed from the trip without a refund and may face legal action.

6.8. Compliance with Local Laws

Participants must adhere to local laws and customs of the destinations visited. We are not responsible for violations committed by participants.

6.9. Travel Risks

Adventure travel involves risks such as environmental conditions, physical exertion, and local challenges. Participants must prepare accordingly and follow guidance provided during the trip.

6.10. Environmental Responsibility

Participants must minimize their ecological footprint, follow waste disposal regulations, and respect local customs and landmarks.

6.11. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed of significant changes at the earliest opportunity.

6.12. Emergency Contact

Participants must provide emergency contact details. We will provide emergency support details before the trip.

7. Third-Party Services

We engage third-party providers for services such as transportation, guides, and accommodations. While we ensure quality, we are not liable for third-party actions or omissions.
