1. Introduction

At The Ladies Travel powered by ElevateHer Ventures LLP (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate cancellations and refund requests as possible, in compliance with Indian laws.

2. Payment Terms

• • Booking Fee:The booking deposit fee (“Deposit”) is non-refundable under all circumstances unless your invitation request is not shortlisted for the trip by us. Your confirmed spot and payment confirmation will be sent to you via email from reservations@theladiestravel.com.
  • Booking Confirmation: Your booking fee is refundable only if you are not shortlisted for the trip. Your spot and payment confirmation will be sent via email from reservations@theladiestravel.com.
  • Payment Schedule:

              1. 50% to book your slot.

              2. 25% within 30 days post slot confirmation.

              3. 25% 45 days prior to the trip commencement.

• • All payments will include an additional 5% GST and a 5%  TCS as applicable.

3. Refund in Case of Visa-Related Issues

    If your visa is not received 45 days before the trip, you have two options:

         1. Trip Transfer: Move your booking to any future trip, which must be scheduled within the next 90 days and booked at least 45 days before departure. An administrative fee of Rs. 8000 will be charged for the transfer.

         2. Visa Rejection Beyond 31 Days:If the visa is rejected within 31 days of the trip start date, the entire trip cost is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

        A. Cancellation by Customer

• • • Notice Requirement: To cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email at reservations@theladiestravel.com. Please mention CANCELLATION REQUEST in the subject line.
    • Valid Cancellation Channels: Requests sent via social media or WhatsApp will not be considered valid cancellations.
    • Refund Eligibility: Refunds depend on the time of cancellation (detailed below).
    • Processing Time: Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the cancellation notice date.

B. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative booking option.

5. Refund Policies

   A. Trip Cancellation

     1. The booking deposit fee is non-refundable under any circumstance.

     2.Cancellations made more than 75 days before the trip: After deducting the deposit, the remaining amount will be refunded.

     3. Cancellations made 46 to 75 days before the trip: 60% of the trip cost is non-refundable. Any additional payments made can be refunded or       used as trip credit for a future booking.

     4.Cancellations made 31 to 45 days before the trip: 80% of the trip cost is non-refundable. Any additional payments made can be refunded or           used as trip credit for a future booking.

     5. Cancellations made less than 31 days before the trip: No refund will be provided.

B.  Refund Processing

1. Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If that is not possible, an alternative method will be arranged.

2. Service Fees: All refunds are subject to service fees and booking charges, which are non-refundable.

3. Deposit: The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

6. Amendments and Changes

A. Changes by Customer

• Requests for amendments (e.g., change of destination) are subject to availability and additional charges. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.

B. Changes by Us

• If we need to make significant changes to your booking, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund based on the case.
