1. I will approach this journey with a positive attitude, adaptability, and a deep respect for local cultures and environments.

1. I will refrain from making derogatory comments about customs or practices unfamiliar to me. I will prioritize ethical and sustainable travel by adhering to environmental guidelines and respecting the communities we visit.
3. Foster Inclusivity and Respect Among Travelers
1. Recognizing the diverse backgrounds of my fellow travellers, I will treat everyone with dignity and kindness. I commit to promoting a welcoming and harmonious travel atmosphere while valuing punctuality and respect for others’ time.
4. Acknowledge the Leadership of the Trip Leader
1. I understand that the Trip Leader is responsible for the group’s well-being. I will respect their guidance and decisions, knowing that non-compliance may result in removal from the trip at their sole discretion.
5. Uphold a Safe and Harassment-Free Environment
1. I pledge to foster a respectful and inclusive travel space by denouncing all forms of violence, discrimination, and harassment—whether verbal, physical, visual, online, or otherwise. I will report any incidents promptly to the Trip Leader or TLT staff.
6. Adhere to Legal and Ethical Conduct
1. I will comply with local laws and refrain from engaging in illegal activities or using prohibited substances. I acknowledge my responsibility for ensuring that any prescribed medication I use complies with the legal regulations of the destinations we visit.
7. Consume Alcohol Responsibly
1. I recognize the importance of responsible drinking and will ensure my consumption does not compromise my safety or the comfort of others on the trip.
8. Prioritize Health and Well-Being
1. I will follow recommended health precautions and inform the Trip Leader if I feel unwell to prevent the spread of illness.
9. Limit the Use of Electroni,c Devices During Meals
1. I will minimize mobile phone usage during meals, except for emergencies, to encourage meaningful conversations. While capturing special moments is welcome, I will be mindful not to disrupt the dining experience for others.
2. By signing up for a trip, I affirm my commitment to these principles, ensuring a respectful, enjoyable, and enriching experience for myself, my fellow travellers, and the communities we encounter.
